Therapy of children
We specialize in the treatment of children using Vojtovou metodou. the Vojta Principle. The physiotherapist sets an aimed programme according to the character of the child’s motor disorder and trains the parents to treat their child with the Vojta Principle. The therapy is most effective when performed several times a day at home. Read more...
Therapy and examination of motor disorders in adults
Adults with musculoskeletal disorders are offered an assessment according to developmental kinesiology.
Therapy is performed mainly by the Vojta Principle
at high intensity and frequency.
We subsequently recommend active exercises suitable for domestic use.

Intensive rehabilitation stays
Patients, who arrive from more distant locations (CZ and mainly from foreign countries), are offered to undertake therapies twice a day for as long as two weeks. Patients from the Czech and Slovak Republics, who are provided outpatient Vojta therapy, often undertake these intense rehabilitation stays as an alternative to spa care.
Therapy consultations
We offer consultations of patients’ state of health and therapy mentoring to physiotherapists, who perform Vojta Principle with their patients. At the consultation, the educational therapist of the Vojta Principle at our centre assesses the course of the patient’s previous treatment and his current condition. The educational therapist proposes further physiotherapeutic treatment in collaboration with the patient and his therapist. Hands-on performance of therapeutic unit utilizing the Vojta Principle is part of the consultation.
Educational stays and practical training for students
In our centre, we offer practical training to physiotherapists who perform Vojta therapy with their patients. With respect to limited capacity, we give preference to therapists who have completed a certified course of the Vojta Principle or are undertaking it. We also offer training to students of physiotherapy who are interested in the Vojta Principle and wish to deepen their knowledge compared to common college or university education.
Red light therapy
NEW IN OUR CLINICOur physiotherapy clinic now offers modern red light therapy, which represents a gentle and effective supportive method designed to accelerate regeneration, reduce pain, and optimize physiological processes in the body.
Red light acts at the cellular level, promotes energy production in tissues, improves blood circulation, and aids faster regeneration of damaged structures. It is also classified among methods used in the field of longevity, i.e., supporting long-term health and regeneration of the organism.
Main effects and applications
Red light therapy is particularly suitable for:
- Acute and chronic musculoskeletal pain
- Muscle spasms, overuse
- Inflammatory and painful conditions of soft tissues
- Slow healing, local swelling
- Post-traumatic difficulties
- Problematic skin, acne
For athletes
Promotes faster muscle regeneration, increases resistance to stress, and can contribute to optimizing athletic performance.
Cosmetic benefits
Improves skin structure, promotes collagen production, reduces fine wrinkles, and has a beneficial effect on acne and problematic skin.
Standalone therapy
Red light therapy is available as a standalone service for clients seeking targeted and rapid regeneration support.
Price: 550 CZK / 20 minutes
Unique combination of Vojta reflex therapy and red light
This combination is exceptionally effective:
- For acute back pain
- For functional disorders of the spine and musculoskeletal system
- After sports injuries, when it significantly supports faster return to full load
Visceral therapy
TARGETED TREATMENT OF INTERNAL ORGANS AND THEIR CONNECTIONSVisceral therapy is a specialized manual technique focused on restoring proper mobility and mutual connections between internal organs, diaphragm, and surrounding structures.
Tension or limited mobility of organs can cause back, abdominal, or chest pain, or lead to functional problems in the area of digestion or breathing.
Our clinic offers professional visceral therapy, which helps restore natural balance, support physiological processes, and alleviate long-term and acute difficulties.
When is visceral therapy suitable
This type of treatment is recommended especially for:
- Chronic or recurring lower back, thoracic spine, or pelvic pain
- Feeling of pressure or pulling in the abdominal area
- Functional digestive disorders (e.g., bloating, slow digestion, feeling of fullness)
- Postoperative conditions after tissue healing
- Overall tension in the trunk and pelvic area
How treatment works
Visceral therapy is performed with gentle, precisely guided manual technique in the area of the abdomen, chest, and ribs. The goal is:
- Release movement restrictions of individual organs
- Improve blood circulation and metabolic activity of tissues
- Support coordination between organs and the musculoskeletal system
- Influence breathing mechanics
Therapy is non-invasive, safe, and adapted to individual client needs.
Benefits of visceral massage
Treatment can bring:
- Relief from chronic back and trunk pain
- Improvement of digestive system function
- Reduction of diaphragm tension and better breathing capacity
- Harmonization of postural and movement patterns
- Overall feeling of relaxation and regeneration
Vestibular apparatus treatment
PROFESSIONAL CARE FOR DIZZINESS AND BPPVVestibular disorders are among the common causes of dizziness, unsteadiness when walking, and balance disorders. One of the most common diagnoses is benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV) - a condition where loose crystals (otoliths) enter the positional canals of the inner ear and cause short but intense dizziness.
In our clinic, we offer vestibular apparatus treatment, which includes accurate assessment of difficulties, targeted therapeutic maneuvers, and professional guidance throughout the entire treatment process.
How therapy works
Treatment focuses on:
- Diagnosis of BPPV type and location
- Performing specific positional maneuvers (e.g., Epley or Semont maneuver)
- Release and return of otoliths to the correct part of the vestibular system
- Calming of accompanying difficulties, such as unsteadiness, nausea, or residual imbalance
In most cases, symptoms improve after one to two treatments.
Self-therapy training
Therapy also includes learning home techniques that enable:
- Stabilizing the treatment effect
- Supporting vestibular system adaptation
- Preventing repeated BPPV episodes
The client receives individual recommendations and precise instructions on how to safely and effectively perform positional exercises at home.
When to seek professional help
We recommend vestibular treatment for:
- Sudden or repeated dizziness triggered by head position changes
- Sensation of surroundings spinning
- Unsteadiness when walking
- Sensation of "floating" head
- Lingering difficulties after a vertigo episode
